Projects
Executive Townhouse (Athens, GA)
This was one of our first properties in Athens, GA. Unlike some of our other projects, this property was more or less turnkey ready when we acquired it, with some minor renovations. We had it listed for less than a week with numerous offers to rent. It serves as a wonderful property in our portfolio in a beautiful section of Athens, close to campus, downtown, and local amenities. Our tenants are excited about living there and we are excited about providing a property that will help build lifetime memories and hopefully years of enjoyment.
Student Condo (Athens, GA)
This was a fun project, bringing to life an older condo on the outskirts of the University of Georgia campus. We renovated the entire property, including new flooring, new kitchen & bath countertops, refreshed kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new fixtures, paint, and a brand new Trex deck. Property was rented within 24 hours of listing and the new student residents couldn't be happier. A truly rewarding project that will provide for generations of memories for our student tenants.
